I like the setup of Confluence, as it makes it easy to create clear, well-structured documents and is a great tool for capturing procedures. The platform allows documentation to be organized in one place and offers flexible layouts with tables. However, accessing it can be inconvenient, as bookmarking isn’t very smooth and there’s no dedicated app to make loading faster.
