SoftwareWorld reserves the right to modify the terms and prices of sponsored listings at any time. However, such changes will not affect any sponsored listings purchased prior to the date of the change. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to these terms or prices.
While sponsored listings enhance visibility, SoftwareWorld does not guarantee any specific outcomes from sponsoring a listing, such as increased sales or traffic. Vendors agree that they are making these purchases at their own risk.
Vendors who purchase sponsored listings must ensure that all content associated with their sponsored listings complies with applicable laws and regulations. SoftwareWorld is not responsible for any legal issues that arise due to non-compliance by vendors.
