I had a mixed experience!

While it’s not the best out there in my opinion, it handles payroll exceptionally well. The payroll software is very robust, especially with its accurate multi-state tax calculations, which is a big help for my payroll team. However, I find the user experience to be unintuitive, even after using it for a long time as an admin, which can be frustrating.
