Feature-Rich Platform with Some Limitations

Flexbooker has some great features and setup was fairly easy, especially helping us manage two locations with plenty of options to customize. That said, it doesn’t integrate with Square, and we could only use PayPal for payments, which limited some functionality. Occasionally, the system would freeze, and multiple client accounts had to be cleaned up manually. Support could take several days to respond, which became frustrating over time. While it’s a solid platform, we eventually switched to another provider that better fit our needs.

Highly Flexible and Powerful Scheduling Platform

Flexbooker has been incredible for our needs—the flexibility of both the platform and the staff really stands out. Setting it up was a bit challenging, but the time and effort were worth it. The platform allows so many ways to handle booking and scheduling, and the clean, intuitive interface makes it easy for anyone to use. API connectivity and integrations with other programs are impressive, giving us a lot of synergy across tools. Initially, we ran into issues with time zones, syncing blocks, and missing some features for large-scale operations, but most of these have been addressed over time. Overall, it’s a highly customizable and reliable tool that adapts well to complex requirements.
