Made scheduling a lot less annoying
I didn't realize how much time I was spending on emails just to find a meeting time until I started using Calendly. Now I just send my link and people pick a time that works. It also helps avoid double bookings, which used to happen more often than I'd like to admit. Most of the setup only had to be done once, and after that I barely touched it. There are a few features I don't really use, but for basic scheduling it has made things much simpler.

Great Scheduling Tool, But Upgrades Add Up
I really like how simple it is to use, both for me and for anyone booking a meeting. Invites go out instantly, reminders are automatic, and everything syncs perfectly with my calendar. The customization options also make it easy to set things up exactly how I want. The only downside is that the more you use it, the more you feel pushed toward upgrades, and it can get pretty expensive for something that’s mainly used for scheduling meetings.
