Responsive Support and Smooth Payroll Experience with Minor UI Improvements Needed

Working with Employment Hero has been a very positive experience, mainly because of their highly responsive support team. Whenever I raise a query, I receive quick answers, often within minutes, which is incredibly helpful during time-sensitive payroll processing. I especially appreciate that support tickets remain open until the issue is fully resolved, giving me confidence that nothing gets overlooked. The platform itself is easy to use, convenient, and delivers a strong overall user experience. The staff are knowledgeable and always willing to assist, which makes daily operations much smoother. That said, there are areas of the user interface that could be refined to make navigation within the payroll system more efficient. Improving these elements would enhance usability and make an already solid platform even better.
