"Teams that rely heavily on voice and video calls often find Bria a practical choice for handling business communications without being tied to desk phones. It works well for remote teams and companies that need flexible calling options across different devices. The setup tends to suit businesses already using VoIP services. However, smaller teams with very basic calling needs may find that simpler, lower-cost options are a better fit for their day-to-day work."

So far, this software looks like a solid replacement for Mac UC, just as advertised. The features feel well thought out, and everything works smoothly during initial use. I’m still exploring and getting used to all the options, but up to now, I haven’t come across anything negative. It definitely feels like a tool with strong potential once fully adopted.
I’m not aware of the exact cost, but from a usage perspective, this tool has been very reliable. Integrating it with our call center was straightforward, and it has been doing exactly what it’s supposed to do for many years without any issues. While working with logs or investigating them isn’t very user-friendly, it hasn’t affected our daily operations much. Overall, it’s a stable solution that quietly gets the job done.
