Smarter, Faster Recruitment

This recruitment platform has truly transformed our hiring process. Screening CVs for complex roles used to be exhausting, but now we can quickly identify the most suitable candidates and respond faster, improving the overall candidate experience. I particularly love the variety of assessment tests, the ability to generate unique application links for different sources, and the automated rejection process. Downloadable Excel reports make it simple to filter, sort, and track responses from various advertisements. It saves an incredible amount of time while remaining very user-friendly. While there have been occasional minor technical glitches, the support team has always addressed them promptly. Overall, this tool has made recruitment efficient, effective, and far more enjoyable for both our team and the applicants.

Efficient Assessments with Some Technical Hurdles

This platform made implementing personality assessments surprisingly quick and straightforward. As a certified MBTI practitioner, I was impressed by how accurately it assessed types with just a few questions, and the pricing was very reasonable for a small business. It allowed me to add custom questions, giving flexibility to tailor assessments to our needs. However, I did run into some technical issues—certain custom questions caused the system to nullify entire assessments, forcing candidates to retake them, which was inconvenient. While the setup was fast and the tool itself effective, I hope the technical support and handling of customizations improve to make the experience smoother. Overall, it’s a strong tool for small businesses looking to run quick and accurate assessments, despite a few hiccups.
