Easy and Practical Payroll Management
This platform is very user-friendly and lets employees handle many things on their own, like updating tax elections. Both administrators and regular users find it easy to navigate, and viewing W-2s or making necessary changes is straightforward. The only small drawback is that being an admin can limit some personal user capabilities, so certain updates can’t be made from the admin account. Overall, it’s a practical and reliable tool for payroll management.

This platform is incredibly user-friendly, which made it easy for me to step in and run payroll even with little prior experience. The interface is intuitive, setting up direct deposit is straightforward, and employees can manage their own logins to access pay stubs and W-2s. I also appreciate the reminders for running payroll ahead of holidays—it’s a small feature that’s really helpful. I honestly can’t think of anything I dislike; if anything, it would be nice to have more flexibility in customizing the W-2 layout. Overall, it’s been a smooth and reliable experience.
