Trusted Mind Mapping Tool for Over 20 Years
I’ve been using MindManager for over 20 years, and it’s consistently helped me with planning, facilitation, and management projects. The design is sleek, and the integration with Microsoft tools is seamless—MindManager 21 even works with MS Teams, which is fantastic. I highly recommend it as a top-notch mind mapping solution. That said, the cloud collaboration features could use better explanation, live support would be a great addition, and their invoicing system really needs an overhaul. Despite that, it’s been invaluable for education, team planning, and sharing meeting results.

Powerful and Flexible Mind Mapping Tool
MindManager has a really clear and intuitive interface that works smoothly across different devices. Expanding or hiding sub-maps is easy, which is a lifesaver when your maps get large and complex. The variety of formatting options makes it simple to highlight different sections and create an easy-to-read key. The software is a bit heavy, so installation can take a while, and older machines might struggle with loading it at times. At first, it can feel overwhelming because there are so many features, but once you get the hang of it, it’s incredibly useful. Our team uses it to create reports on web usage and information architecture, and it’s been great for presenting website structures and changes to clients.
