Why SoftwareWorld Chooses Microsoft OneNote

"For teams that need a simple way to capture and organize information, Microsoft OneNote works well across different types of work. Notes, meeting summaries, and project details can all be stored and accessed without much setup. It fits naturally into workplaces already using Microsoft tools. That built-in ecosystem compatibility makes it easy to adopt. However, teams looking for structured project management or task tracking may find it too open-ended for organized workflows."

My place for random work notes

Most of my OneNote pages aren't very organized, but that's kind of why I use it. During a meeting I can quickly write something down, paste a screenshot or save a link and sort it out later. Sync between my laptop and phone works well for me. Search is also useful because after a while I definitely don't remember which page I put something on. The interface has a lot going on and I don't use half of the features. Still, for everyday notes it's convenient and I keep coming back to it.
