More useful than I thought it would be

For a long time I only opened PDF files and never really used the other features. Eventually I started editing documents, adding comments and signing files, and it saved me more time than I expected. The interface isn't perfect, and sometimes I have to click around to find a tool I don't use very often. But for everyday work it's reliable, and I don't have to convert files back and forth just to make a small change. I probably don't use half of what Acrobat offers, but the features I do use work well and make dealing with PDFs much easier.

Adobe Software Review

I really like being able to create custom templates and upload fillable forms for patients. The e-sign feature makes handling PDFs fast and convenient. Most tools are easy to figure out with help from the user community. The only frustration is the masked numbers feature, which makes it difficult to recover or verify important information.
