Makes Event Planning Simple and Interactive

We’ve been using EventMobi for our events over the past few years, and it’s been a fantastic replacement for printed program books. The Q&A feature, especially with the upvote option, really boosted interaction on-site. Uploading speaker and session information during setup was simple, and the ability to export, import, and match sections using External IDs made everything intuitive. The personalized schedules were a big hit, helping us go paper-free and keeping attendees engaged throughout the event. The only thing we’d love to see is the ability to create multiple document sections so handouts can be organized for specific sessions versus general meeting materials.

Consistently Helpful and Engaging

I’ve had a really positive experience with EventMobi year after year. The team has been a fantastic resource, always helping us learn and try out new features. Setting it up on the backend was easy, and the platform provides everything you need to make full use of its tools. For attendees, it’s been a great resource before, during, and after the conference, and the interactive features—like scavenger hunts and networking challenges—really boost engagement among attendees, speakers, and sponsors. We did run into a few hiccups with the name badge feature and syncing with RegFox, but our support rep guided us through everything, making the process smooth in the end.
