Simple and Valuable Performance Management Platform
Overall, the platform offers a good experience with strong value for money, smooth HRIS integration, and easy access to appraisal documents. It’s user-friendly, with a clean UI that makes navigating 1:1 agendas simple and helps keep updates organized. Having all appraisal records stored in one place is a big advantage. The main limitation is that when a manager leaves, HR must export records since files can’t be reassigned or moved between accounts.

Motivating and Easy-to-Use Performance Platform
I use this platform weekly, and sometimes daily, for tracking employee goals, anniversaries, birthdays, and holding 1:1 conversations between managers and team members. It has a motivating presence that helps employees stay focused on growth. Goal planning is simple thanks to user-friendly templates, and progress is easy to track. So far, I haven’t found any drawbacks, and our entire company relies on it for meetings and career alignment.
