Powerful Booking Management with Flexible Features
Checkfront has proven to be a highly capable system for managing bookings and automating processes, even if it takes a bit of patience to uncover all its capabilities. Moving from manual pricing to online quoting revealed both the strengths and limits of automation, but once understood, the invoicing and notification workflows are excellent—allowing deposits, reminders, and inventory updates to be handled seamlessly. The flexibility of the platform is impressive, accommodating a variety of booking setups beyond just tours, which has been essential for our needs. While the help documentation leans toward tour-based examples, learning through trial and error ultimately deepened our understanding of the system. Minor areas for improvement include the mobile app and the inventory calendar, which could be more intuitive for multi-day adjustments.
