Good Features but Concerning Reliability Issues

Overall, the tool is easy to use and offers clean visuals with a solid set of features. However, my experience has been impacted by some serious issues. All of my diagrams suddenly disappeared from the cloud, which required urgent support. Unfortunately, the support and contact page was not working at the time, making it difficult to get help. In addition, the modeler can be unstable and occasionally includes deleted elements in exported files like PDFs, as if cached items remain after removal. These reliability and support problems can be frustrating, especially when accuracy and data safety are critical.

Powerful Automation Tool That Delivers Real Value
