Comprehensive Resident Management with Streamlined Inspections
It’s difficult to highlight just one feature because the software excels in so many areas. The resident content is incredibly thorough, and when all fields are completed, the DHS resident listings align perfectly with the information used by state inspectors. Daily notes can be added to each resident’s file, keeping historical information easily accessible. Having recently gone through our personal care home annual inspection, we were able to print almost everything directly from the software—from resident details to staff information—which made the process smooth and efficient. While the system doesn’t function offline, that is expected for any cloud-based solution. Overall, it has dramatically reduced the time and effort spent on paperwork compared to fully manual processes, making daily management and inspections much easier.
