I’ve been using Splashtop for my clients for the past eight years, switching from LogMeIn when their pricing changed so much. Since 2014, Splashtop has been my only solution for remote access. It’s cross-platform, easy to install, and very affordable. I love that it gives lots of remote information, full control over devices, and fast response times from the remote machine.

Splashtop has made it easy for us to provide secure remote access for our technicians to support end users and manage systems, and it’s been very reliable. The pricing and licensing, based on the number of technicians rather than endpoints, is perfect for organizations like ours with many computers but few techs. What I really appreciate is the control it offers—unlike our previous solution, there are no hidden backdoors, and access is only granted to authorized users with proper credentials. You can even restrict modifications on endpoints so that local admins can’t change settings, which makes it feel safe and fully manageable.
