This clinic management software has been one of the best I’ve used so far. The interface is simple, the scheduling system feels very intuitive, and creating or editing forms is quick and easy. Whenever I’ve needed help, the support team has been incredibly responsive and guided me through every issue smoothly. The only drawback is that the scheduling layout could offer more customization options. Also, automated forms sometimes land in patients’ spam folders, which means I need to remind them to check their spam, and that’s not always the best first impression.
