The system is easy for the team to learn, and all customer project information is well organized in one place. It saves time on estimates and allows quick changes without disrupting existing quotes. The communication feature needs improvement, and it would be helpful to see detailed clock-in and clock-out times for team members.

The software is powerful and keeps all business operations organized in one platform. The training videos are helpful, but I wish we had used the onboarding support more in the beginning. There is a learning curve for invoicing and change orders, and it can use a lot of computer resources.
