Overall, I’m happy with ECP and would confidently recommend it as a strong alternative to QuickMAR. I really appreciate the helpful support staff and how easy the software is to navigate. The only frustration is how it automatically handles inventory—it can cause confusion between the facility and pharmacy, especially with two-part orders and quantity updates—but otherwise, it’s a solid tool.
