Makes Salon Management a Breeze
Overall, I absolutely love Boulevard. It’s always evolving and adding new features that make managing the salon so much easier. I really appreciate the automated tools—they simplify booking and service management for both our staff and clients. The only things I wish were a bit simpler are modifying existing staff schedule patterns without starting from scratch and closing the business for holidays without having to adjust each stylist’s schedule individually.

I’ve been using Boulevard for three years now. At first, I wasn’t sure about switching from Square, but over time I’ve been really impressed with how much it has improved. They truly listen to users and keep making things easier and more efficient, which is especially important for MedSpas. It’s very user-friendly, and I love the add-ons like text and email marketing. The new packages and memberships feature is fantastic! The only drawback is that refunding booking deposits when clients cancel isn’t automatic—I wish it would handle that on its own.
