Insightful Employee Feedback Tool with Minor Admin Gaps
The happiness surveys and trend reports were very helpful in understanding overall morale across the organization. The suggestion and feedback box was used frequently, though it’s important to manage settings carefully since new posts can be visible company-wide. The software is easy to use, questions are simple to customize, and customer service has been excellent. On the downside, administrative tasks like updating employee departments or managers can be challenging, and there’s no clear history showing previous department assignments.

Encouraging Honest and Anonymous Employee Feedback
TINYpulse sends out a random question to employees each week and encourages everyone to participate. All responses are anonymous and shared with the administrator, which helps employees feel comfortable giving honest feedback and confident that their voices are heard. About once a month, the team meets to discuss and resolve any ongoing concerns together. The only downside is that participation can be inconsistent. Having incentives to encourage more employees to respond could help improve engagement, as response rates can sometimes be lower than expected.
