The platform strikes a strong balance between standardization and flexibility, offering a wide range of features that rival full-scale software development environments. Workflows can be built rapidly, and the availability of a community edition allows new users to explore and test features before committing to the commercial version. The technical support team is highly responsive, and the underlying architecture is very reliable, with minimal stability issues. However, it is not designed for complete end-user development, and users with stronger programming skills—particularly in PHP and JavaScript—will be able to leverage its full potential more effectively.
