Efficient Work Order Management with Room for Enhancement
Overall, using this has been a positive experience. The platform is fairly customizable, easy to search, and the support team has been responsive and helpful. The main area for improvement is allowing front-end users to view all comments and receive email notifications when a work order’s status changes—this feature was anticipated but is still pending. Despite this, the software remains a solid solution for managing work orders efficiently.

Using MPulse has been a rewarding experience overall. The system makes submitting and tracking work orders incredibly easy, and the ability to attach photos or media to each order has been a huge time-saver. While it would be helpful if administrators could access or edit completed work orders, the platform still significantly improves workflow management and keeps tasks organized efficiently.
