Satisfying experience with SAP Litmos

A great first LMS experience with strong support

As this was our first experience with an LMS, we explored around ten options, focusing on three to four that offered free trials for deeper research, and we chose Litmos. Though we are still in the final stages of importing over 400 users, its setup process fills smooth. Everyone at my company has been impressed with the platform. User-friendly interface and effective online help forums have usually provided quick answers. The content authoring tool meets most of our needs, and the support from Litmos representatives has been excellent.

Easy to use, but the feature set felt limited

Litmos was simple and relatively easy to use when I first tried it years ago. However, the feature set was quite minimal and ultimately didn’t meet many of my needs at the time. While it had its advantages, the lack of robust features made it difficult for me to continue using it effectively.
