Seamless Channel Management with Strong Support
So far, I really like Hostaway. The system works well, and I haven’t experienced any glitches in the past few months. The customer service has been excellent, especially as I’m still new and learning how everything works—they genuinely seem committed to making sure I’m satisfied. The channel manager runs smoothly, which has been a big plus. That said, it’s important to understand the contract terms when signing up, especially regarding dynamic pricing. You can choose the $10 per listing option and override it if needed, but I was charged for dynamic pricing on multiple properties when I wasn’t actively using it. I was told I’d receive a refund after following up, though I still need to confirm that. I also signed up for remote locks on one property, but my Yale Nest lock wasn’t supported for automated guest codes. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, with just a few things to keep an eye on.
