A Time-Saving Platform with Excellent Support and Flexibility
The client service has been outstanding, and the collaborative onboarding process was smooth, efficient, and got us fully operational sooner than expected. The software is genuinely enjoyable to use and has saved us a significant amount of time in daily operations. The employee mobile app is especially useful, with features like mobile check-in and check-out, easy access to customer emergency contacts and medical information in the field, and the Communicate tool, which we regularly use for daily and weekly updates. We appreciate how flexible the platform is, allowing us to tailor funboxes and program offerings for different types of activities. Payment processing, refunds, and rescheduling are fast and easy to manage, while exporting rosters and grouping participants by skill level helps improve both efficiency and the overall customer experience. The only limitation we’ve encountered is the lack of integration with our existing customer management system, Little Green Light.

Earlier on, quick access to technical support was an area of concern, but they listened carefully and responded by introducing a “help now” feature directly on their website.
