User-Friendly Platform with Strong Implementation Support

Overall, my experience with Cin7 has been very positive. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, offering an easy-to-navigate interface with customizable options to focus on what matters most for our business. The implementation team was excellent to work with, and I especially appreciated the support and guidance provided throughout the process. While I joined the organization after the initial onboarding, which caused a few minor delays in getting up to speed, the system itself has been straightforward to learn and use. Cin7 has proven to be a reliable tool for managing our operations efficiently.

Feature-Rich Warehouse Management with a Learning Curve

Overall, Cin7 has proven to be a very useful system. Once you get the hang of it, the platform can be incredibly beneficial, offering a wide array of features that can accommodate nearly any warehouse setup, no matter how unique your processes are. You can choose to use all the features or only those that fit your specific needs. While onboarding is expensive, having guidance during setup is essential to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Smooth Integration with Excellent Support During Go-Live

Our experience with Cin7 has been very positive overall. Integration with Shopify and Xero was straightforward, and despite implementing all three programs at once, the platform has been reliable and effective. While the turnover of onboarding specialists was frustrating at times, our final specialist was exceptional—highly knowledgeable, organized, responsive, and always available to guide us through the go-live process. He explained things clearly, followed up on actions, and made the transition much smoother. One improvement could be having a dedicated customer success manager post go-live to meet weekly for several weeks, helping ensure the system is fully embedded and giving teams the chance to explore advanced features as they become more familiar with the platform. Overall, Cin7 has been a solid, user-friendly solution with strong support when it matters most.
