Think Twice Before Committing to Cin7

Since switching to Cin7 (formerly Dear Inventory), we’ve experienced frequent price increases that feel hard to justify. They claim these hikes are for “system improvements,” but in reality, we haven’t seen any benefits that affect our daily operations. It’s frustrating to be charged for upgrades we don’t use, especially when improvements seem aimed at attracting new clients rather than supporting existing ones. In our own business, we enhance our products without hiking prices, because it helps drive growth and customer satisfaction.
