I’m really glad we started using Ordoro a few years ago. It’s saved us both time and resources while helping us keep up with our online customers’ needs. The team was super attentive to our specific business requirements and made sure everything was set up correctly from day one. Daily order and inventory management is much smoother now thanks to Ordoro. The reporting could be a bit better, but we’ve found other ways to get the info we need, so it’s not a big issue.

Seamless Switch and Streamlined Workflow
We’re really happy with our move to Ordoro—it was completely seamless. The implementation and customer success teams have been friendly, helpful, and quick to respond whenever we needed assistance. Ordoro does an excellent job of combining the functionality of multiple services into a single platform, which has made our processes and workflow much more efficient. The only minor drawbacks are a few missing integrations, like Zapier/Integromat, and the limitations in custom reporting, but overall, it’s been a game-changer for us.
