Easy Compliance With Seamless Integration
The Greenhouse and Vanta integration makes staying compliant much easier, and Checkr delivers fast, clear results. Sometimes the automated matching in Vanta fails due to candidate names, but that’s not on Checkr. Overall, it helps us stay HIPAA compliant and supports our SOC 2 process effectively.

Fast and Reliable Background Checks
Checkr provides very quick background results, especially when the individual completes the form with all the required information. The fast turnaround really helps us when we need to clear contractors for time-sensitive projects. The only challenge we’ve faced is the response time when requesting help with billing, which can be slower than expected. Other than that, the overall speed and efficiency of the background checks have been extremely beneficial.

Overall, it has been a smooth experience. Our administrator only struggled a bit with the billing process since she prefers paying invoices by business check, while Checkr encourages online card payments. The platform is very easy to use and integrates well with Planning Center. It would be helpful if additional users could have dashboard access to view background check details instead of everything being limited to the administrator.
