"Event organizers often turn to ThunderTix when they need a straightforward way to manage ticket sales and venue operations. It works well for performing arts groups, festivals, and recurring events where tracking attendance and handling reservations matters most. Teams can manage seating, process orders, and stay organized without needing heavy technical knowledge. That said, businesses outside the live events space or those running large-scale conferences with complex registration needs may find it a limited fit."

We’re really happy with Thundertix, especially the Package Manager, which makes selling our season subscriptions so much easier. It has everything we need—and then some—for handling ticketing for our community theatre programs, all at a very reasonable cost. Some parts of the platform aren’t immediately intuitive when it comes to editing, but once you get the hang of it, it’s straightforward. Overall, it’s a practical and reliable solution for our needs.
We’ve been using this platform for three years now, and it’s definitely an improvement over our previous system, Brown Paper Tickets. There are plenty of features that make managing our ticketing process much smoother. The support team is fantastic, always responding quickly whenever we have questions. The only small downside is that a few features can be tricky to locate and figure out at first, but overall it’s a dependable and valuable tool for our events.
