Reliable System with Strong Support and Customizable Reporting
The system is dependable, providing accurate real-time data with full transparency. It supports multiple users with different security levels, and the reporting tools are easy to customize and work with. Whenever we run into something we can’t do, the support team is always ready to help. A few modules can be a bit confusing, and there isn’t a direct API into the accounting system, but overall it’s been a great experience. As we continue to grow, we look forward to using more of the system and exploring the new modules.

RocketRez stands out because it lets us handle reserved tickets, general ticketing, walk-up POS sales, and shop inventory all in one place, which makes our work much easier. While the reporting features could use some improvement, the team is actively working on updates for 2024/25, and I’m excited to see those enhancements.
