Rocket Matter has truly made my daily workflow easier, especially when it comes to using the timer and managing billing. I rely on it every day, and the interface is very intuitive. I’m currently in the process of moving my merchant services over to Rocket Matter, which I expect will make billing even more seamless. I also appreciate the webinars—they’re informative and add real value to learning the platform. Integration with other systems was straightforward and hassle-free. I’ll have a clearer picture of how the merchant services perform once everything is fully set up, but so far, my experience has been very positive.

Reliable Billing and Time Tracking with Minor Search Hiccups
Rocket Matter has made billing and record-keeping straightforward and dependable. One feature I particularly appreciate is that if you accidentally close the program, the timer continues running in the background and resumes accurately when you reopen it. This has been a huge help for keeping track of billable hours without worry. The main challenge we’ve encountered is with searching for client files—it requires the exact spelling of the client’s name, and suggestions are not provided. Occasionally, even with the correct name, the file doesn’t appear, and we have to search using a connected contact instead. There are also times when the connection slows or freezes, though this doesn’t seem to be related to our system. Despite these minor issues, the platform remains reliable and essential for managing our billing and records efficiently.

User-Friendly Software with Great Mobility and Support
This software has been very easy to use, and their customer service is consistently excellent. One of the features I appreciate most is the ability to access it from anywhere. As an assistant who is sometimes on the road, it’s incredibly helpful to receive notifications directly on my phone so I can quickly determine which issues need immediate attention. The only downside I’ve encountered is that it’s not possible to search within matter documents for specific files. I’d love the ability to go into a matter, browse the documents, and perform a search to find exactly what I need. Despite this limitation, the software has significantly improved how I manage tasks and stay on top of priorities while on the go.

User-Friendly Software That Keeps You Connected on the Go
This software has been a great tool for me—it's very user-friendly, and the customer service is excellent. I especially love that it can be accessed from anywhere, which is a huge advantage when I’m on the road. Receiving notifications directly on my phone makes it easy to quickly determine what requires immediate attention, keeping me on top of tasks no matter where I am. The only limitation I’ve noticed is the inability to search within matter documents for specific files. It would be even more efficient if I could go into a matter and quickly search the documents to find exactly what I need. Overall, the platform makes managing work simple and keeps me connected and organized throughout the day.
