Very Happy With MyCase
MyCase has helped us keep much better records throughout the entire case lifecycle, from new leads to case closure. Everything has its place, which keeps our workflow organized and efficient. The ability to customize our workspace allows us to collect only the information we actually need. Reducing paperwork has saved a lot of time, and sharing documents within the firm is seamless. Managing staff access per case also adds an extra layer of security. The only thing I miss is the built-in email feature, which was much more convenient for sending and tracking case-related emails.
