Why SoftwareWorld Chooses PowerDMS
"Organizations in public safety, government, and similar fields often turn to PowerDMS because it helps manage policies, training records, and compliance documentation in one place. Keeping staff updated on policy changes and tracking acknowledgments becomes much easier, especially for teams spread across multiple locations. It works well for agencies that need clear audit trails and accountability. That said, smaller organizations with simpler document needs may find the policy management depth more than they actually require."

Easy-to-Use Tool with Useful Reporting
I’m really happy with this platform and even recommend it to other agencies. Navigating through it is straightforward, and the reports—with their helpful filters—are great, especially with scheduled reporting and publication. The only downside is that it doesn’t support SCORM for training compliance, but overall it’s a solid and reliable tool.
Helpful Tool with Great Support
This software has been really useful, and I appreciate that I can reach out to our rep anytime with questions. I also like how the workflows automatically remind owners to review their documents, which keeps things on track. The downside is that it doesn’t have version control, and sometimes if someone misses a review, the system adds its own entry, which can mess up the review dates.
