Onfleet has really helped us go nearly paperless and centralize our dispatch team, which has improved efficiency, output, and quality control. Setup and onboarding were a breeze, and the unified dashboard is easy to use. Integration with our POS works, though there’s room for improvement, and support is always helpful when needed. The only challenges are route optimization—it doesn’t handle bulk optimization perfectly, and assigning vehicles can be a bit tricky—but overall, it’s a solid tool for managing deliveries.

Using Onfleet has been a really pleasant experience! The software is very user-friendly for admins, dispatchers, and drivers, and it handles large volumes without trouble. I love how much you can customize the experience for drivers, teams, and customers. The only downside is that some features you’d expect as standard are considered add-ons, which can raise the overall cost.
