Smart Cloud-Based Device Management That Saves Time
Microsoft Intune has made managing users and devices much easier for us, especially with its cloud-based setup. Patch updates run smoothly in the background, so systems stay up to date without constant monitoring. The features feel well balanced, giving us what we need without unnecessary extras, and user management is very straightforward. Support can be slow during busy periods, and some advanced features took time to get used to, but overall it has saved us a lot of time and effort while delivering great value for our business.

Powerful Inventory Tools with a Learning Curve
What stands out most about Intune is how detailed it is when it comes to organizing and tracking inventory. There are multiple ways to manage devices, which can be helpful, but it also caused some confusion at first and led to inventory numbers not always lining up. The initial learning curve was noticeable, and the different permission levels for managing inventory made tasks like removing devices a bit frustrating. Once I figured out the best way to use it for my needs, though, it became much easier to work with overall.
