Maze provides a great way to conduct user research and get feedback on prototypes. It’s easy to use, integrates seamlessly with tools like Figma, and allows importing prototypes and creating surveys directly within the platform. Pricing is reasonable, and the auto-generated reports save a lot of time. While generally a good experience, survey design options are somewhat limited, and features like heatmaps and recordings can be buggy. Some aspects still feel unfinished, but overall it’s a fresh and effective tool for testing prototypes and websites.
