Good Features with Performance Improvements Needed

Overall, the platform offers solid features, especially the grouping and alert rule capabilities, which are very useful. Most functions work well and meet expectations. However, the portal can sometimes be slow, and having a dedicated application instead of only a web-based version would improve the experience.

Strong Monitoring and Alerting with Some Complexity

Overall, I really like the product and find it to be a big improvement over what we used before. Having access to historical data is extremely helpful for reviewing incidents and understanding what happened during outages. The visibility into server activity is excellent, and alerts are fast and reliable. I especially appreciate the well-formatted alert emails and the ability to take action directly by replying to them. However, there are some challenges with monitoring specific event viewer metrics, as the collector can time out. The log viewer is also quite complex and not very intuitive to use.
