I have been using IDX Broker since 2012 to integrate data from two Multiple Listing Services into my website. For those concerned about hosting IDX pages on a subdomain, I can confidently say that when styled properly, these pages are indistinguishable from the rest of the site in terms of user experience and interface. Additionally, there is no negative impact on SEO—many of my IDX pages consistently rank in Google’s top ten, and having thousands of indexed pages on the hidden IDX Broker subdomain has proven beneficial. For agents comfortable with CSS, IDX Broker offers excellent customization options, and for those less familiar, working with a recommended developer is the best approach.
