Intuitive ERP With Outstanding Support and Continuous Growth
Genius ERP has been an excellent solution for organizing critical information and streamlining our internal processes. The system is intuitive and easy to navigate, making day-to-day operations more efficient. Their helpdesk team is extremely responsive whenever support is needed, and the Canteens community is a valuable resource for asking questions, sharing ideas, and learning best practices. There are no major drawbacks to the platform; while the consultation fee may seem like a con to some, it fairly reflects the time and expertise provided. Genius ERP is clearly evolving with customer needs in mind, and if a feature isn’t available yet, it’s reassuring to know it’s likely already on their development roadmap.
