Why SoftwareWorld Chooses Fullbay
"Heavy-duty repair shops often turn to Fullbay when managing work orders, parts, and technician tasks starts getting difficult to track manually. It's built with commercial truck repair in mind, which makes it feel more relevant than general shop software for this type of work. Teams can stay organized across jobs without relying on paper logs or scattered records. That said, smaller shops with very low volume may find the platform more than they actually need day to day."

Streamlined Auto Shop Management with Fullbay
Using Fullbay has brought significant benefits to our operations. We can now accurately track inventory and usage, making core returns easier to manage. Open invoices are clearly displayed, and timely invoicing helps us keep the workflow smooth. One of the biggest advantages is knowing the status of a repair without leaving the office, which saves time and improves efficiency. The system has also reduced the time needed to invoice customers and made parts ordering more efficient, allowing technicians to stay focused in their bays instead of running to the parts counter. The only minor improvement I’d suggest is adding more editing options. We encountered a single instance where a counter sale didn’t fully transfer to QuickBooks, leaving a balance, even though it appeared to have exported correctly. Overall, Fullbay has greatly improved our shop management processes.
Reliable Auto Shop Software with Excellent Support
I’ve really enjoyed using Fullbay. The training team was excellent, and whenever I need support, they’re always available and extremely helpful. I particularly appreciate that technicians can log into jobs directly, track their hours, and add comments, which keeps everything organized and transparent. One area for improvement would be to have invoiced hours appear on printed customer invoices, as this has been a common piece of feedback we’ve received. Overall, Fullbay is a dependable and user-friendly solution for managing shop operations efficiently.
