User-Friendly System with Reliable Support
Overall, the system is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I really like the clean interface and the fact that I can make many changes and adjustments on my own without needing extra help. The helpdesk team also deserves credit—they consistently solve any issues I face quickly and efficiently. The only thing we’ve been missing for years is integration with a payment terminal. In today’s world, that feels like it should be a basic feature.

Makes Managing My Studio So Much Easier
This system really helps me collect payments from my clients and makes it easy for them to manage their reservations. As a small business owner handling client communication, organization, and services on my own, it’s a huge convenience. It’s simple to use for both me and my clients, which saves me time and makes class sign-ups at my studio much smoother. I can view client history, manage payments, and oversee different parts of my fitness business all in one place. I did use the “costs” section before, but entering data there took more time than using Excel, and it didn’t match the reports I can generate in eFitness, so I no longer use that feature.
