The activities Beekast built for training work just as well in a meeting: Poll to decide, Board to gather input, Word cloud to open a discussion, Quick check to close one. A session runs inside Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex without leaving the call, and exports to Word give a written record of what the group decided. Beekast covers the live meeting itself and works alongside the calendar and conferencing tools an organisation already has in place.
A Beekast workspace is shared. Several trainers or facilitators work in the same one, share and reuse sessions, and run them with their own groups without rebuilding anything. Inside a session, Whiteboard, Board, Photo wall and Matrix give a group a surface to work on at the same time, in the same room or across several. Everything produced is captured and exportable, so collaborative work does not end up on a wall nobody photographed.
Several of the 15 Beekast activities exist to collect and sort what a group thinks: Board for gathering ideas, Word cloud for surfacing the themes inside them, Dot voting and Ranking for prioritising, and Matrix for placing options against criteria. Contributions arrive live and can stay anonymous, which is usually what gets the quieter half of a room to say anything. Everything the group produced exports to XLS, PDF or Word, so decisions stay traceable after the session ends.
Beekast is built on the premise that a group that takes part learns and remembers more than a group that listens. Trainers, HR teams and managers use its 15 interactive activities to get every person contributing, including the quiet ones, through anonymous answers and live shared results. Quick check and Quiz show what a group has actually understood rather than what it says it understood, and participation and satisfaction data export for reporting.
Beekast turns a presentation into something the room does rather than watches. Slides and documents can be imported and sequenced alongside interactive activities in the session builder, with a timing set for each step. Pollen Create, the AI training assistant inside Beekast, will build that sequence from a stated objective or an existing document in under a minute, and the presenter keeps, adjusts or rejects any of what it proposes.
Beekast covers the live part of remote and hybrid training. A trainer builds the session once and runs it with a distributed group from inside Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex, while participants join from a browser with nothing to install and no account to create. Results appear live as people answer, so a remote trainer can see who is following and who is not, and exports to XLS, PDF and Word document what happened.

Beekast is an interactive training platform with an AI training assistant. L&D professionals and training teams use it to design a live session, run it with a group that participates, and export what came out of it.
Pollen Create, the AI training assistant inside Beekast, is the part that removes the slow work. Describe the session you need to run, or import a document you already have, and you get a complete outline in under a minute: pedagogical structure, sequencing, timings and interactive activities chosen for your context. It explains why it selected each activity, and the facilitator validates, adjusts or rejects any of it. Pollen Create can also review a session you have already run and propose what to change, and it remembers your habits when you ask it to.
In the session, 15 interactive activities are available: Word clouds, Boards, Whiteboards, Polls, Ratings, Surveys, Quick checks, Quizzes, and more! The session builder lets you structure, sequence and time each step, then reuse or duplicate sessions across successive groups. Sessions run in person, remotely or hybrid. Beekast works natively inside Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex, and participants join from any browser with no install and no account required. Results and exports to XLS, PDF and Word come out the other end.
Security and hosting: European data hosting on AWS Ireland, ISO 27001 certified, GDPR processor status. No participant personal data is sent to the language models, no customer data is used to train any model, and the AI assistant stores no personal information unless a user explicitly asks it to.
