Easy-to-Use Platform Backed by an Excellent Support Team
Since 1Factory is still a fairly new tool, there’s definitely room for improvement, but the support team truly stands out with their fast and helpful responses to questions and suggestions. The platform is well designed, simple to use, and makes it easy to access and download raw data from different modules. That said, not all data can be downloaded yet, bulk updates aren’t available for things like multiple supplier or vendor name variations, and the reporting features feel limited.

My experience with 1Factory has been excellent, and it’s helped me confidently showcase the platform to my customers. Everything you need is well connected in one place, which makes it easy to use and explain. What really stands out is the customer support—whenever I have a question, the team responds quickly and is even willing to jump on a Zoom call to walk through things in detail. The only limitation we’ve noticed is that a specific sampling plan isn’t available yet, but it’s already planned for future updates.
