Powerful and Customizable Property Management Software
My overall experience with Yardi has been positive. It’s a robust platform that offers extensive customization options, making it very powerful for managing complex property operations. The software is feature-rich and designed to handle large-scale business needs effectively. However, it can be overwhelming for small to mid-sized companies, as the cost and required customization may not justify the investment for smaller operations. It’s best suited for businesses that truly need its comprehensive capabilities and can leverage its full potential.

Yardi is...Ehh
Challenging and Dated Property Management Platform
My experience with Yardi has been frustrating compared to other property management platforms like Entrata, OneSite, and OnSite. It took me about two months to get used to the system, which is far longer than expected for learning a PM tool. While navigation becomes somewhat easier with experience, the platform feels dated and not very user-friendly. Overall, it ranks low among the property management software I’ve used, making it one of my least favorite options for efficient property management.
