I have been using RealPage for a little over two years now and have consistently had a positive experience. It was easy to learn, and I have not run into any major issues. I especially like the asset optimisation feature, which helps us accurately track rental prices and compare them with the market. The system is very user-friendly and loads quickly when I am working with clients. One downside is how pricing is displayed. It shows the lowest rate as available immediately, even when the earliest move-in date is still a few days away. This can create a bit of a marketing challenge, since clients focus on the lowest price even when it isn’t actually available yet.
