Webinar Platform Built for Marketers
This platform is solid for basic webinar setups and emphasizes marketing features that help improve conversions, such as flexible email/SMS reminders via third-party SMTP/ESP, automatic recording, and an attendee registration API for customized flows. Support is responsive and friendly, making it easy to get help when needed. However, the platform hasn’t evolved much over the years, and development updates are slow. Some limitations include issues with registering attendees during live sessions, occasional problems when editing webinar schedules, and a limited API that restricts updating or moving attendees. While not as robust or reliable as some competitors, it remains a marketer-friendly tool at a reasonable price.

Simple and Reliable Webinar Platform
Setting up a webinar is quick and easy, taking just a few minutes, with fully customizable registration funnels and automated reminders for attendees. The platform is intuitive, with most sections self-explanatory, and templates and instructions are available if needed. One standout feature is the PANIC button, which instantly creates a new session and automatically brings all attendees into it, saving time during technical glitches. The platform supports multiple languages, though some translations can be slightly off. It would be great if screen sharing could include application audio, but overall, the video features, including YouTube integration, work flawlessly.
